My Three Dogs by W. Bruce Cameron
Summary: My Three Dogs is a charming
and heartfelt new novel from the #1 bestselling author of A Dog's
Purpose, about humankind's best, most loyal friends, and a wonderful
adventure of love and finding home.
When a tragic accident separates three dogs from their human, they find
themselves up for adoption -- separately. But Riggs, a dedicated, loyal
Australian Shepherd, refuses to see his family torn apart. After the exuberant
and fun-loving doodle Archie and quick-witted Jack Russell Luna are taken to
new homes, Riggs' powerful herding instincts send him on a journey to bring his
pack back together again.
Review:
5-Star
I don’t know how I missed the line from #1
bestselling author of A Dog’s Purpose. But it was the rest of the Summary that
got me to request reading this book. I didn’t know it was such a wonderful
writer until I read the Acknowledgments, so this whole journey took me by surprise.
I’ve seen the movie A Dog’s Purpose and just love it. Now I want to read the
book as books are always better than movies. The story flows line is flawless as is the
editing. Love how each character is developed and how the author captured all
the emotions. I don’t give 5- star
rating all that much. Everything has to
be inline for me to do so along with the book being a page turner one you can’t
put down for any reason and that is what this book is. From the first page to
the last you can’t stop reading fear of missing something. The story paints a
picture so well you can see it in your mind as you’re reading. I now can’t wait
to buy other books by this Author so I can read.
