REVIEW
I was kind of let down by this squeal. There just seemed like something missing. I had more questions then answers. The characters in the first book seemed more in depth and you could really relate to them. By midway through this one I just couldn't figure out they both seem so one dimensional. The characters didn't seem to grow or change even though they said they did. It just felt flat and not true.

The sex as hot as always. Wow Grace and Jonathan sure know how to light it up with each other! I can truly say they get you hot and bothered during the read!

I was very disappointed with the reasons behind Jonathan being so standoffish and unfeeling. I understand the guilt part but I was waiting for that connection to Yuuto. I always felt that Yuuto had sinister plans and helped bring Jonathan to the unfeeling person he became, but that never came to fruition. This was never truly explained. Nothing explained Yuuto's rash behavior at the club and why he was so upset. There has to be a connection or a reason and it never was brought out, even with Jonathan's father's connections to Yuuto's family. That was so underdeveloped and not there.

I was also disappointed in how Jonathan just changed. It was never explained where he went while Grace was in America, he just pops back in and wham a changed man.

The story was good, but not as good as the first. I would love to hear Sarah and Alex's story!

Good read but a let down after the first.

Unbound (Colours of Love, #1)

Unbound (Colours of Love, #1)
By Kathryn Taylor

SUMMARY
Grace is young and has led a sheltered life. She hasn't yet taken much of an interest in men. It's only while doing an internship in London, where she meets the alluring Jonathan Huntington, that our sleeping beauty is awoken from her slumber. Jonathan is rich, incredibly attractive, and stems from British royalty - but he is a far cry from Prince Charming. He lures Grace ever deeper into his world of sinister passion, and she is sucked further and further into the maelstrom of her own growing desires. But when Jonathan demands she do the unthinkable to prove her love for him, she realizes just how dangerous her feelings for him are.

REVIEW

Let me start by saying that is if anyone compares this to Fifty Shades of Gray, they don't know what they are talking about!  This is totally different and totally better!

Wow what an interesting book.  It sucked me in from the start and I just couldn't put it down.  The chemistry between Jonathan and Grace is instant and there is no turning back.  I really didn't like Grace at first because I felt that she was the type of person that would be so desperate that she would say or do anything, but that is not the case.  She does stick up for herself and really sees reality of the situation between her and Jonathan. It is the others around her that keep pulling her in, his sister his friend, that keep telling her he never acts this way and she is the first.  So she stays.   I got frustrated with her because she accepts his treatment of her.

Jonathan is very restrained and throughout the book he is very distant with himself and his feelings.  We get glimpse of feelings, but nothing solid.  The writer really conveys his distance very well.  He is hard to figure out.

There is hot sex, but unfortunately you can see that Jonathan has no attachments and doesn't treat her right after.  Trust me he treats her right during!  Shower inducing.  It is only natural that you get emotionally attached to the first person you have sex with, so I think Jonathan is expecting a great deal from her not to.  He is strange one minute he seems caring and the next he just ignores her or thrusts her into situations that she is unable to handle.  Something terrible happened to him, I am waiting anxiously to see what it is.  Someone had to hurt him very badly.

Great read, I will be starting the next book the minute I am done writing this.  I am truly addicted!

There are a couple of off translations, but they are few and far between.  It doesn't ruin the read or the message conveyed.

Releasing Her Dragon
By Elianna Adams

SUMMARY
Trapped in her own body, she-dragon, Stella Montrose has no choice but to find her mate. Whether he likes it or not, he either has to claim her, or set her free, otherwise she'll lose the ability to shift. Sounds simple, only, every time she gets near him, he disappears.

When Brycen Conners signs on to protect an annoying human woman, he never imagined he'd cross paths with his mate. Once the job is done, he'll do whatever it takes to win her heart. Until then, he has to stay away

REVIEW
Best short short story I have read! Wow! I really liked it. Although it was short you really got the essence of the hero and heroine! I really like Stella she was no weakling and ready to take charge of her destiny even if it didn't include her mate. The villain dragon hunters are definitely that and I am sure they will be back in future installments. This is a great kick off for the series! I am in hook line and sinker. The chemistry is hot and the sex is hotter! I love dragons and lately what has come out has not been that good, but this is good and for .99 cents it isn't over priced! Great read can't wait for more!

REVIEW
This was short hot and steamy. This very short but was well developed and all the characters got their due. It did move extremely fast, but the characters had a past that was explained, so it wasn't like they all just met on the street. It did seem somewhat cookie cutter and a tad unrealistic. There were no real true conflicts that you think would come with their idea of relationship. I thought there should have been some kind of something. Brand was developed more then the other brothers. I have to say that if did not receive an ARC I would not have paid $2.66 for a 73 page very short story. I think it is way over priced for the amount of pages and your "bang" for your buck.
